When you're trying to reconnect to a match that's already ended, you're given a loss. We're already reworking the penalties for leaving the game (intentional or not) and it may change with future updates.
In regard to the issue's nature, we understand that players with certain devices may experience such difficulties in prolonged game sessions.
If the issue occurs repeatedly, we recommend you to:
- Close all background applications that while playing.
- Turn off your device's "Power Saving" mode while playing.
- Keep watch on the time of your sessions and restart the game manually every 20-30 minutes.
We're always working on improving the game's optimization to make sure that no interruptions appear during gameplay.
