I'm stuck on a loading screen

If you launch the game and find it stuck on the loading screen, there are a few troubleshooting steps we suggest undertaking in order to get it to work:

1. Reinstall the game on your device.
2. Check your internet connection, as the issue may be caused by a connection problem between your network provider and the game servers. Sometimes the Wi-Fi connection also interrupts the network flow or becomes inconsistent. So, try connecting using a wired connection or switch to a different network connection to find out if the issue is related to an internet problem.
