I'm unable to access my account

Losing access to your progress is not the most pleasant thing, but it does happen sometimes. Below you will find the instructions on how to get your account back as soon as possible.

Logging in via Facebook

If you already had your Facebook account linked to your Auto Brawl Chess account, we suggest you try recovering your progress by logging into Facebook first. You can do this in the game settings or on the loading screen.

Opening a support ticket

In case you do not have a Facebook account linked to your old progress, our agents might be able to restore your progress. They will require the following information:

1. Your account ID. It consists of six Latin letters (ABCDEF).
2. ID of your new in-game account you currently have.
3. In case you made any purchases, a receipt which you received for any of them. A receipt will also come in handy if you cannot remember your main account's ID - it can be used to find your account too.

If you do not remember your account's ID, please try to recall the following:

1. Your in-game nickname.
2. Any other information you deem useful for finding your account, such as receipts for purchases you made in Auto Brawl Chess (if any).

After you collect as much of the information described above as possible, please open a request and send it to our support agents.
